Your User ID is always your last name followed by the last four digits of your SSN (no spaces)

If your last name contains an apostrophe and/or hyphen, be sure to enter it.

The first time you log in your password is the last four digits of your SSN.

You will be required to create a new password upon intial log in. The new password must be at least 6 characters in length and contain at least 1 digit.

 Be sure to make note of it for future logins.
