Login to your paystub account and click on the Tax Forms Tab 

**to open the PDF in tax forms enter your SSN with no dashes**

Opt in for electronic delivery on the Tax Forms Tab to get an email when tax forms are posted (must have valid email address to opt in)

Login Tips:

  • Your initial password (the FIRST four of your SSN) is only used during your very first login.
  • When you login the first time you will choose a new 8 character password. (must be exactly 8 characters)
  • You will use your new 8 character password when you login to your account in the future.
  • After 8 incorrect password attempts your account will be locked.
  • Contact the Payroll Department for lockout / password reset help.
